Many people are unsure about what happens during a consultation with us. Our meetings are client-focused, therefore the focus is purely on your desires.
Our ideal client is the person/business who needs what we do. We offer a variety of services and if what you’re looking for is not among the list, generally we’ll consider adding it.
This is simply a non-conclusive list of what we offer:
Article writing
Editing
Ghost writing/Ghost blogging
Google My Business (content)
Podcast Transcripts
Proof Reading
Transcribing
Website Content
Before the work begins, we’ll schedule a consultation at the best time for you. You’ll want to bring your ideas, plans, and business partner if there’s someone else who helps make decisions for your business. The meeting can be in person or through video conferencing.
During the consultation we’ll ask these and other questions:
1. What are your needs? Ideally, what would you like created for you. What’s your big picture?
2. What are your goals? Short term and long term.
3. What is your budget? What can you afford to pay for content creation? Do you have a marketing plan?
4. What is your timeline? When would you like the writing to start? How long and how often are you seeking content creation?
We’ll discuss the content that has already been created (maybe you have podcasts, blog posts, or articles, etc.) and the steps and content to be created as we move forward. The costs and plan will be addressed during the budget discussion. In most cases, you will be asked to pay a deposit and we are open to taking payments in installments. After all questions and concerns have been addressed, we’ll end the meeting.
Shortly following the meeting, we will email you an agreement. Please read it before you sign it and reach out to us if you have questions. After all of your questions are answered, we ask that you sign the agreement and send it back to us.
